The membership committee is pleased to announce the release of our very first IASD promotional video. We’d like to express our sincere gratitude to professional film-maker, Christine Anderson, for producing it.
Christine originally made her mark in the television industry, part of an “elite club” as a sought after multi-camera director, videographer, and producer before establishing her business as a private contractor. We’re very fortunate that Christine is also a “big dreamer.” Her understanding and passion for dreams comes through as she weaves individual interviews together to create one message of enthusiasm and support for IASD’s unique community for dreamers worldwide.
IASD has short and long-term initiatives for video use, beginning with promotions for conference attendance. Join us for the big premiere! Watch the video now and feel free to share it with your friends and colleagues. New members who join today can save up to $310 on conferences in April, May, and June.
Dreaming is a natural human experience, nature’s way to restore psychological balance. Dreams inspire invention and creative expression and evoke deeply personal spiritual experiences. This conference explores dreaming from diverse perspectives — from neuroscience to psychology to spirituality to arts and culture. We hope to inform and inspire dreamers of all ages and backgrounds, as well as those who use dreams in their work, such as therapists, pastors, artists, writers, musicians, and medical practitioners.
DREAM CREATIONS: FILM, ART & POETRY
Regional Conference of the IASD in New York City
May 13, 2017
In the film, Dreams, Kurosawa has van Goth tell the young artist to take in a scene from nature and let it paint itself, like in a dream. The unconscious can also, write itself, film itself, and create a new reality. Bion says the therapist dreams the patient. Come dream with us and create a conference.

Also, very interesting collective of articles about Christopher Nolan’s movie: Inception. The film features Leonardo DiCaprio as a skilled “extractor” stealing government secrets through dreams. Find out the facts about dream sharing. The opinions expressed by the authors of these articles are not necessarily the opinions of IASD.
