Illuminating Dreams in Loss

This presentation will discuss common themes that research has found in bereavement dreams that include images of the deceased, and the effect these dreams can have on the grief journey. This presentation is based on research the presenter completed for a Master’s degree in Psychology.

Health Warning Dreams: What they look like and what to do about them.

Our dreams can provide us with vital information about our own physical and mental condition. We can also have health dreams about other individuals. How can we recognize and use these “warning” dreams to help ourselves and others?

Title: “Dreams & Science – After 100 Years Theories Abound!”

Science has investigated dreams for 100 years!

Has it found the answers to why we dream and what techniques will develop our dreaming experience?

You’ll be shocked at the disjointed approaches that have led to numerous and contradictory theories on dreaming.

We will separate the good science from the archaic and develop techniques for meaningful dreamwork.
