Dreams are often laden with emotion sometimes leaving us stressed and shaken in waking life – but even our most square 2013 san fran 2frightening dreams can hold the key to our healing and personal growth.  Dreams are an expression of the unconscious which can reveal unresolved emotional issues that leave us stuck.  But understanding your dreams alone will not necessarily remove the emotional barriers to healing.  EFT (also known as “tapping”) can augment dreamwork with a powerful tool for reducing the stress-response and anxiety once the problem is identified.  Dawson Church and Alan Siegel are world renowned experts in EFT and in trauma related dreams respectively.  Bob and Lynne Hoss are pioneers of the Dream To Freedom™ (DTF) technique which integrates both disciplines into a healing protocol, drawn from traditional Gestalt therapy, Jungian psychology and the neuropsychology of sleep.  As a participant you will learn the latest scientific and psychological understanding of dreaming and energy work and how trauma and stress is reflected in your dreams work. You will work with your own dreams as you are trained in the use of EFT and the DTF protocol.  .

This workshop represents one of the most fascinating frontiers in which Deamwork and  EFT can be applied, and is recommended for therapists, practitioners and dreamworkers as well as those with a more casual interest in the intersection between dreamwork, personal growth, and EFT. This workshop provides credit as an EFT Universe specialty workshop and includes training materials and worksheets plus a complimentary copy of the book Dream Language.

Workshop Schedule
Before the Workshop Begins

Keep a dream journal or notebook right next to your bed, and begin writing down your dreams when you wake up in the morning. If you have trouble remembering your dreams, quickly close your eyes when you wake and try to catch any fragments of the dream that you can and write them down.

Mark any dreams which seem particularly significant or emotionally powerful. Even trivial-seeming dreams may carry more significance than we at first believe. The act of writing down even unimportant-seeming dreams will get you in the habit of remembering and recording your dreams, prior to the workshop. Bring your Dream Journal to the Dream to Freedom workshop.

Please note that this workshop will be videotaped and therefore you will be given the necessary video release to sign prior to attendance.  Note that you will be able to participate and learn the protocols whether or not you wish to share your personal experiences in the group.
