2014 IASD Juried Dream Art Exhibition

Nancy Richter Brzeski Art Awards Presented

Eight awards were granted to outstanding artists at the 2014 Juried Art Exhibition. Through her generous ongoing support, Nancy Richter Brzeski presented cash awards to the artists whose works were most relevant to dreams and dreaming. This year the awards also included a Peoples’ Choice Award, where attendees were given the opportunity to vote for their favorite artist.

First Place ($1,000) went to Fariba Bogzaranfrom San Francisco, CA; Second Place ($750) was awarded to Chase Markovich from New Orleans, LA; Third Place ($500) went to Linda Mastrangelo from Felton, California. Awards of merit (each for $150) went to: Lynlee Lyckberg, Michael Markham, Bonnie Mitsch, and Jennifer Wheat. Fariba was also honored by the conference attendees with the Peoples’ Choice Award of $150.

IASD would like to send a warm thank you to our Arts Chair Monika Del Bosque,her exhibit co-chair Robert Gongloff, our judges Monika Del Bosque, Joanne Rochon and Kim Vergil, and the artists, for a beautiful Dream Arts Exhibit – particularly as this was Monika’s first time chairing the event.
