International Conferences Volunteers IASD provides substantial discounts to volunteers at our conferences. Each conference needs the support of presentation room monitors, registration desk helpers, and general conference assistance. Please check our conference schedule and contact the current Conference Committee Chair. The International Association for the Study of Dreams is a pioneer in the use of the Internet for communicating information, education, events, conference schedules and a whole host of cyber-events and projects in virtual community. Our conferences in New York, Berkeley, Ashville N.C., Hawaii and Santa Cruz have all had extremely novel and experimental connections with dream researchers and projects from around the globe. Our Journal Dreaming hosts academic discussions on published research. Our Bulletin Board has been discussing issues with dream concerned citizens from around the globe. Our Web site has been providing information online since 1995, and is growing quickly. We could use your help. We are offering training in building and coding Web pages in exchange for your help. For more information, write to Richard Wilkerson office@asdreams.org. We have many online projects that don't require knowledge of the computer. Our Bulletin Board is one of the first places people stop by when they have a question about dreams and dreaming. Our host, Jean Campbell, is able to track down some of the research and questions, but could really use your help. Do you have a particular area of dreams and dreaming your know about? If so, drop us a line and we will even e-mail you the questions and then post your responses back to the board.
Once you are comfortable with coding Web pages, we would like to have you host an area of the web. Perhaps you are interested in our international conferences, or in dream research or in being a liason to the journal Dreaming or Dream Time Publication? Perhaps you are interested in one of our projects, such as developing educational programs or working with the annual dream inspired art show?
