Lucid Dreaming

Host: Craig Webb
cwebb@dreams.ca

The purpose of a new E-study group on lucid dreaming is to group together ASD members who have an interest in the topic of lucidity to increase networking and sharing of knowledge, techniques and resources for this topic. The E-group will focus on varying degrees of consciousness during the dream state and during non-dream sleep states (such as Tibetan Sleep and dream yoga practises, for example). Subjects of discussion will include the sharing of lucid experiences as well as questions, references and techniques about the topic. It is also my hope that some e-group experiments will be undertaken to aid in lucidity research and further explore this intriguing phenomenon.
