Jayne Gackenbach, Ph.D., is a past president of IASD. She began her
dream
career examining lucid dreams and edited "Conscious Mind, Sleeping
Brain:
Perspectives on Lucid Dreaming" with Stephen LaBerge. After
immigrating to
Canada she began teaching Aboriginal Canadians in Central Alberta and now
teaches at three all native colleges. Her article on dreamwork with the

1995 she wrote her first online course and it was on dreams and is now
offered by the Edmonton Public Schools here (http://www.ces.edmonton.ab.ca/). Information on her latest book,

GROUP DREAMWORK - THREADING THROUGH THE LABYRINTH
Jeremy Taylor is one of the original four founders of IASD, and is also a
recent past president. He is known as an innovator of group process in
dream work ? with a special interest in blending the values of
spirituality
with an active social conscience and a Jungian perspective. He is active
in bringing group dream work to a wide range of venues, from corporate,
medical and academic, to prisons and mental health facilities, churches,
high schools, and retreat centers. He is a Unitarian Universalist
minister and is the Associate Director of The Chaplaincy Institute of Arts
and Interfaith Ministries. He is the author of three books; the most
recent is The Living Labyrinth ? Exploring Universal Themes in Myths,
Dreams, and the Symbolism of Daily Life. In 1999 he was the happy
recipient of an honorary doctorate in Sacred Theology awarded by Starr
King
School for the Ministry.
