Other Lodging options
A) book at the
Doubletree through a discount company (booking.com,
expedia.com etc.) where some non-refundable rates may be
competitive; b) book at other local hotels which can be best
found through these same discounters. Our
Travel/Venue >
Local Hotels/Restaurants page contains a map showing various
local hotel and restaurant locations within about a 3 mile
radius. Also if you book at the Doubletree through another
discount company, please let us know, it will help us with
room block negotiations in the future.
Roommates
Neither IASD nor the hotel
will assign roommates so please arrange these prior to
making your reservation. To connect with potential roommates
you may go to the IASD Bulletin Board
http://tinyurl.com/iasdposting
If you plan for a roommate the Doubletree has double bed
options and a rate for adding another rollaway bed to the
room, so ask when you make your reservation. Multiple
occupancy rooms must be billed to a single individual so
arrange this with roommates ahead of time and tell the hotel
of your arrangement.
