Exhibitor Information
The International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD) invites you to
promote your products or services. We are offering only ten exhibit tables for
IASD’s annual conference, “Carolina Dream Gathering,” Sunday, June 27th through
Thursday, July 1st, 2010, Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville, North Carolina. Reserve
an exhibit table early before space is gone.
IASD’s annual conference attracts around 300 individuals interested in dreams
and dreaming from around the world. Conference participants attend hands-on
workshops, lectures, panel discussions, a costume dream ball, and an optional
hiking event. Two of our most popular attractions are the IASD bookstore and the
exhibit tables, where dreamers and crafters display their wares.
As an exhibitor at “Carolina Dream Gathering” you will receive the following:
• Free listing on the conference page of the IASD website
• Free listing in the IASD “Carolina Dream Gathering,” conference program
• Two Exhibitor Registrations (does not include admittance to conference
sessions)
• Two entrance passes to the conference costume Dream Ball

IASD Vendor Rules and Guidelines
Vendor agrees to abide by and conform to rules and guidelines of The
International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD) contained below.
Failure to abide by IASD rules and guidelines or the requirements set forth, are
grounds for denial or closure of vendor’s table at IASD’s annual international
conference.
Security
Vendors are responsible for the security of their own property and equipment at
all times. No security personnel will be assigned specifically to Vendors. By
signing the Exhibit Application Vendor acknowledges and agrees that IASD is not
responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any property left on the Event
grounds at any time.
Liability Disclaimer
IASD, and their directors, officers, staff volunteers and members (collectively,
the “hosts”) expressly disclaim and vendor assumes all liability and
responsibility for all claims, losses, theft, spoilage, damages, personal injury
or property damage that arise from vendor’s participation in and hosts’ hosting
of IASD’s annual international conference, including hosts’ negligence, breach
of contract or duty or other acts or omissions within (other than hosts’ willful
misconduct). Vendor will maintain sufficient insurance to protect itself and
hosts from liability, damages or losses arising out of its participation in
IASD’s annual international conference, including from its own acts or omissions
and those of the hosts or any third party. Except for hosts’ willful misconduct,
vendor agrees to indemnify host (including their attorneys’ fees and costs of
defense) from any claims arising out of vendor’s participation in IASD’s annual
international conference. In no event shall host be liable for incidental
consequential or punitive damages or for failure of equipment, power failures,
weather, acts of God, acts of government, acts of third parties, pests, criminal
acts or vandalism, accident, fire or other causes not attributable to any host’s
willful misconduct.
Booth Location
Vendor table location will be determined at the sole discretion of IASD. Table
locations will be determined by IASD staff.
Cancellation
Reservation fee becomes non refundable after 6/1/10, whether or not vendor uses
the space.
Vendor’s logo:
Vendors may optionally provide IASD with an electronic copy of your logo. This
will be included on the IASD website and other printed publicity materials.
