Volunteers Fee: This fee is in lieu of the above conference fees for pre-approved volunteers and will be refunded on-site once the duties are completed. All volunteers MUST pay this fee in order to register.
$150 ($100 of which is refundable on-site once duties are completed)
SINGLE DAY FEE: registration is for the Conference Fee and includes all receptions for that day.

SPECIAL FEE ARRANGEMENT: if you have been approved for a special fee arrangement that is not specified here (Keynote, Scholarship, Press, Other) you will be requested to note this in the Comments box.
LUNCHEON BUFFET PACKAGE
The discounted luncheon buffet package includes lunch for all 4 days of the conference (Saturday – Tuesday) and is highly recommended for convenience and conserving time during the break. Buffet includes meat, vegetarian and vegan options. The hotel restaurant is available for those not participating in the buffet package and for single day registrants. (Note: we regret that NO luncheon buffet reservations can be made after 20 June). For local restaurant options click here

CE (CONTINUING EDUCATION)
CE Credits are provided by IASD. IASD is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. IASD maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

SPECIAL EVENT
Chicago “Afternoon in the City” – round trip bus transportation will be provided between the Hotel and downtown Chicago on Sunday, June 28th during the free time period (4:30 to 8:30 PM). You will return at 8:30 to the hotel in time for the Evening Event.
The bus will arrive at The Art Institute of Chicago. Attendees can walk or shuttle to museums, shopping, or boat rides on the Chicago River. Conference goers can also attend The Taste of Chicago*, a large street festival next to the Art Institute, which includes over 70 restaurant vendors, music, and entertainment.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds for conference related fees will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds are possible after 20 June. All cancellations or refunds for room and or meal reservations made with the Hotel are subject to hotel policies and must be resolved directly with the Hotel.
LODGING
Rooms at the hotel must be booked directly with the hotel by contacting the Wyndham O’Hare at Tel: 847-297-1234 and asking for the IASD conference discount.
Book by calling the Hotel directly at 847.297.1234 (preferred number) or at 1-800-WYNDHAM. You can also register through the Wyndham website at http://www.wyndhamohare.com Enter your arrival and departure dates and click on “Search using Corporate, Promo and Group codes” When the new window appears enter our group code – 0626859dr- in the group code box. Then click on the “Search” button. This will take you to the Wyndham/IASD page where you can click on the room rate amount to start the registration process.
Note: we regret that NO rooms will be available at the reduced rate after 20 June 2009.
Also our block of discounted rooms at the Hotel are limited to 115 rooms and after that the IASD discount will be available only on a space available basis, so we strongly advise you to register for your hotel room early for the best chance of staying at the Hotel site. Room Rates: These rates are provided here for information only – please confirm your rate and any payment or cancellation details when you make your reservations. Neither IASD nor the Hotel will assign roommates so please arrange these prior to making your reservation.
To connect with potential roommates you may go to the IASD Bulletin Board. Multiple occupancy rooms must be billed to a single individual so please make this arrangement with your roommates.
