How to Work with the Files

Html Page -

You can copy and paste the entire webpage  into the body of an email.

Steps:  When you get to the E-Campaign html Page:
Right mouse click and select "All".  
Right click again and select "copy". 
Open a new email and right click within the body of the email and select "paste".

Text only -  Open the txt file and copy the text into the body of your email

PDF file  - If you want to send this out as an email attachment. Right click on the file and select 'save target as' from the pop up menu which will allow you to save it to your hard drive.  The you can attach the file to the email you are sending to your lists. 

Screen shot - Right click anywhere on the graphic.   Select "copy" from the pop up menu.  Open up a new email, click within the body, right click again, and select "paste".  
In addition: If somewhere in the email you can type the link: www.asdreams.org/2009 - then those interested in more information can just click the link to get to the IASD website.

Sending the E-Mails

Get on our list of Conference E-Campaign by sending an email to Jean Campbell and be asked to be placed on our special mailing list. 

We'll provide links the E-campaigns on the media page here

If you're not into just forwarding the email we send you, go to the web page above, pick the format that is easiest for you to deal with. And send it with our gratitude.

These formats include:

1) The html page that you can copy and paste into a new email

2) a text file if you want to send text only

3) a screen shot of the e-mail that you can simply cut and paste into your own email program and send out with a note 

4) a PDF file that you can download and attach to an email you send out.

What You Receive in Return

Send your logo, banner or www address to dreamingtbd@aol.com  with the subject line "For 09 Sponsor Page."

Optimal dimensions for a graphic banner: 288 x 183 pixels (rectangular) or 432 x 93 pixels (long, narrow banner).   Acceptable file formats: .jpg, .gif, .tif

Be sure to include your name and URL (www address) you want linked to the graphic.
