CURRENCY
All conference pre-registration fees are in $US except for Hôtel Auberge Universel rates. On-site payments for incidentals and fees may be made in either US or Canadian currency.
PASSPORT NOTICE
You will need a passport to enter Canada. Please get your passport three months or more before the conference. We cannot refund your conference fees if you have registered and have not gotten your passport in time.

SINGLE DAY CONFERENCE FEE WITH LUNCH BUFFET: Registration is for Conference Fees only and includes all receptions for that day including the lunch buffet. Hotel Reservations must be made directly with the hotel (note that single day hotel reservations may be on a space-available non-discounted basis depending on availability at the time of reservation). For walk-in attendees payment (cash, check or card) may be made at arrival on a space-available basis.
IASD Member $170 per Day Non member $200 per Day Volunteers or Special Guests Conference Fee $90
This fee is in lieu of the above conference fees for pre-approved volunteers and special guests. This fee also includes daily luncheons. All volunteers MUST check this fee in order to register.Volunteers or Special Guest Single Day Conference Fee (Wed thru Sat) - $25 per day
This fee is in lieu of the above conference fees for pre-approved volunteers and special guests attending on a single day basis. This fee includes lunch for one day only. All single day Volunteer Status Registrants MUST check this fee at a minimum.
CE (CONTINUING EDUCATION)
CE Credits are provided by IASD. IASD is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. APA sponsor approval is pending for 2008. IASD maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
LODGING (includes Breakfast)
Rooms at the hotel must be booked directly with the hotel by calling the Hôtel Auberge Universel at Tel: 514.253.3365, Toll Free: 1.800.567.0223 and asking for the IASD conference discount. Rooms include Breakfast. Note: We regret that NO rooms will be available at the reduced rate after 30 June. Our block of discounted rooms at the hotel are limited to 190 and the hotel will begin releasing some of our reserved block after May 8 if they are not filled, so we advise you to register for your hotel room early prior to May 8 for the best chance of staying at the hotel site. These rates are provided here for information only – please confirm your rate and any payment or cancellation details when you make your reservations. Upgraded rooms and suites are also available at an additional cost. Neither IASD nor the hotel will assign roommates so please arrange these prior to making your reservation. Multiple occupancy rooms must be billed to a single individual so please make this arrangement with your roommates.

Note**Dinner reservations are recommended if you are attending an evening session that night. No hotel dinner reservations will be available after 30 June or On-Site.

SPECIAL EVENTS – Botanical Gardens or Hike on Mount Royal
The Botanical Gardens event fee includes a pre-reserved discounted entry to the Botanical Gardens directly across from the Hotel Auberge Universel. Standard fee of 16.50 $ Canadian currency may be paid at the gate if not pre-reserved. Our fee permits a guided tour. The Botanical Gardens includes the well-known, Japanese Garden, Chinese Garden, First Nations Garden, Insectarium, Shade and Rose Gardens, along with an EXPANSIVE arboretum, and other attractions. Of course, you can choose to stroll the Gardens at your leisure......OR.......
Hike on Mount Royal If you are interested in, the now famous, dream hike with Alan Siegel, join him for a walk beginning at Beaver Lake up to the Summit of the Mountain. Walk the circumference and along the way, see the cross, and the Chalet. Enjoy the look-out over the city, and have a dream sharing group in a beautiful clearing, before you make your way back down the mountain. (Hike time approx. one and a half hours.) Of course, you can choose to stroll Mount Royal at your leisure, and meet us at a pre-designated time and place to return to the hotel.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds for conference related fees, will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds for meal expenses, including those included within the Conference Fees ($25 per day) are possible after 30 June. All cancellations or refunds for room and or meal reservations made with the hotel are subject to hotel policies and must be resolved directly with the Hotel.
