The Authors and Artists silent auction items provide you with an opportunity to own a personal item donated by one of your favorite dream authors or artists. Some of the donating authors and artists include: Jean Campbell, Marcia Emery, Victoria Rabinowe, Jeremy Taylor, and Robert L. Van de Castle.
The items included in The Presidents Club silent auction are personal items donated by the current and past presidents of IASD. Of course, many of these accomplished individuals are also artists and authors. A few of the names you may recognize include: Robert Bosnak, Rita Dwyer, Patricia Garfield, and Stanley Krippner.
Finally, The Raffle items are a broad mix of items donated by generous friends and members of IASD. Buying raffle tickets may allow you to experience the fun of surprise with what a winning ticket could present.
IASD is grateful to all of the individuals and organizations who have made donations to support our fund-raising efforts. Thanks to their generosity, this grand event will include more than 75 items. Although she lives in the United States now, she continues to travel between these different cultures in her art and dreams. Indonesian Kain Sarong. $100 Approximate Retail Value.
This is a beautiful old Indonesian clothing piece made with all natural dyes in indigo blue, red/rust, and ecru/tan. One of the most common type of clothing in Indonesia is the kain sarong or tubular cloth. It covers the body from the waist to the ankles. Women wear it both formally and informally, and men wear it for going to mosque or relaxing at home. This piece is 60" x 21" in tubular shape and can be opened to 60" x 42". It would look lovely on a bed, a table, or an altar. Of unknown age; collected almost 20 years ago.

Guatemalan Worry Doll
Hand made. According to legend, Guatemalan children tell one worry to each doll when they go to bed at night and place the dolls under their pillow. In the morning the dolls have taken their worries away. Just like real people, Guatemalan worry dolls come in all shapes and sizes and there may not be any two alike, so the doll being auctioned may not look like any of the ones in the picture. As an added bonus, this auction item includes a small Native American dreamcatcher.

Wendy began having precognitive and telepathic dreams at the age of 9. When she discovered Dream Telepathy by Montague Ullman and Stanley Krippner she knew she was not alone! She began studying with Monte in the early 1980s and put out a quarterly newsletter, Dream Appreciation, with him from 1996 through 2002. In early 1995 she was diagnosed with a late stage cancer. In retrospect she realized that her dreams had tried to warn her for 18 months before the diagnosis.
