Moonlit Moonlit Mountain Pool Quilted Art.

Deeper Orders of Reality. $30 Approximate Retail Value.
Deeper Orders of Reality: Why Death Won’t Go Away by Betty J. Kovacs, PhD. Our attitude toward death is our cultural inheritance from a world that has closed itself off from other dimensions of realty. Birth and death are the primary polarities of life, the inseparably intertwined force of life. Two Highlights: How our view of death affects our lives; How a limited view of self contributes to the planetary crisis. (2 DVD Set.)

Deeper Orders of Reality. $30 Approximate Retail Value.
Deeper Orders of Reality: The Dream That Wouldn’t Die by Betty J. Kovacs PhD. What is this dream in Western culture that has refused to die? It is the multifaceted reflection of our deepest longing to be consciously related to the essential structure of the univers—the Source of all Being. It is a dream that reemerged in all of the creative periods of Western history but was never allowed to develop before mainline culture repressed it. Today we are experiencing a pervasive reemergence of this ancient dream. We are awakening to the Deeper Orders of Reality that can heal us. Two highlights: The ritual of the labyrinth and the ancient dream; Mystery traditions, Jesus and the Grail. (2 DVD Set.)

Diamond Form Mandala. $500 Retail Value.
This 12" X 12" plus frame diamond-form mandala, is made from tiny triangles of marbelized acrylic clay fused between a sheet of glass and a mirror (to cast a subliminal glow through the more transparent parts) It took me two years to make. It became quite a meditation, for I used every available color, including ones I liked and ones I disliked, but each found their proper place in the pattern, and all belong to a beautiful whole. Each triangle is in itself imperfect in form, yet together they create a symmetry and harmony beyond themselves. The mandala has one kind of beauty when seen very close up, another when seen from normal standing distance, another when seen from across the room, and if you see it through a window from outside another beauty entirely. It was created with the intention of it being a tool for rebalancing, so that by contemplating it everything in one's life, just like the colors in the mandala, will find its proper place in the symmetry of the larger picture. Interestingly, if you ascribe to Jung's view that three-sided things represent imbalance while four-sided things represent balance and harmony, the four-way symmetry made up of tiny three-sided tiles celebrates all that is, by itself, out of balance, finding harmony through cooperation with all else.
